I had originally scheduled a residential delivery, but David Lawrence in customer service made every effort to speak with me and explain the benefits of a business delivery. He was very professional and the package was rerouted before being shipped. I noticed when the FedEx tracking email was sent that the suite # to my place of business was inadvertantly left off the address on the package. I tried to call FedEx to correct it enroute but they would only take information from the shipper. It was after 6:30pm (eastern) when I called your customer service #. Another professional young man answered ( forgot to write down his name ) and took the information needed and said that a supervisor would call FedEx and take care of the suite #. I was very happy to see that the package arrived the next afternoon before 3:00pm without incident. Thank you for your great customer service and I hope to be able to use your services again soon.
