Easy to order on site, layout is properly and easy to distinguish, currency comes in timly manner. Only issue I had was with our last order it was not sent to our home address, it went to the FedEx hub directly, I asked safe dinar numerous times why and never receive a direct reason why. I know in past one of our orders , for some reason was not delivered, we saw FedEx truck in front of our house and after 5min they took off. I called FedEx and safe dinar and they held at another hub. But we ordered some currency after and it to our home. So that is only issue.

Always reliable and good customer interface online and with email responses. I would suggest to you that your initial customer service reps are a little more positive and upbeat. Kind of gave off the feeling that this is a drag and everything is delayed etc. There always a way to put a positive truthful spin and energy on situations. Just some constructive feedback, otherwise I think you guys have been great to work with! Thanks!
