First off.. LOVED your price AND communication WHEN YOU ARE SHIPPING. .. however.. I wish there was more accurate details of inventory when backorders are happening.. but I understand with C.O.D. orders the first in/first would be for those who have provided PROOF OF PAYMENT so there needs to be a bit of grace. I also wish you had the ability to provide automatic text updates on availability of DONG when there were problems getting it. I've referred over 20 people who had purchased currency and a couple are furious that because they placed an "order" for (non-stated backordered) Dong.. they're not happy with either of us.. but since my last $5k order was cleared up I'm good! LOL. Thanks again for a reliable service at a great price!

I was quite pleased with my most recent transaction. CoD is a pain but I get it, I’d much rather be inconvenienced for 30 minutes & remain in possession of my money than have a company fail to communicate the extent of a given “delay,” hold my money for six weeks before eventually telling me I’d been moved to the back of the line because one of their employees made a mistake, prompting me to cancel the order... Like some other companies out there have done to me (well, one other company anyway).
