Q. I have Dinar that I want to exchange. Where can I exchange these Dinars in Canada? Do you service Canadians?A. At this time we only serve customers in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not track Canadian exchange companies.

Q. What is the minimum investment in the dinar?A. The minimum order amount varies from currency to currency, but at the time of this writing, $400 (USD) is our order minimum. Please bear in mind that this a minimum for the total order, which could include multiple currencies; e.g. $200 worth of Euros and $200 worth of Iraqi Dinar.

Q. Before you sell Iraqi dinar to public...do you examine your dinar to make sure it's not counterfeit?A. We take steps to ensure all currency we exchange isn’t counterfeit. Specifically, our armored service grading site uses counterfeit detection technology to verify all currency we exchange.

Q. How long after I get my RA do I have to wait to send my dinar?A. Once your RA is issued, your box must be delivered in 5 business days. We recommend you send it in as soon as you can!

Q. I work 9-5, what if I’m not home when my package arrives? Will FedEx leave my package?A.
We’re highly invested in getting our packages to customers safely and on time. If the timing of your package delivery isn’t ideal, we can almost always assign your delivery to a nearby FedEx pickup location for collection at your convenience.
If you’re getting paid for a redemption, our direct deposit payment option is the safest way to go.

Q. How quickly will I get my check when I sell back to you?A. We ship every redemption check via FedEx's Overnight Delivery or 2nd-Day Air, depending on your selection. Most people get their check on the next business day after we receive their currency. However, we guarantee payment within two business days, because sometimes your currency shipment reaches us after our cutoff time.
